Chevron's next quarterly report is due by 9 November 2026 and had not been filed as at 26 October. Its 2025 annual report puts Guyana net properties at US$50,960 million and Hess earnings at US$193 million for the 166 days after the acquisition closed.

The Office of the Prime Minister settled two disputes with Lindsayca Guyana Inc on 14 May 2026, raising the Wales contract 12.8 per cent on US$759 million. The contractor committed to first power by the end of 2026, and the government kept the right to reinstate penalties if that date is missed.

Guyana Was Told It Would Repay the Gas Pipeline at US$55 Million a Year. Exxon Has Never Stated the Final Cost, and Is Now Repairing It.

ExxonMobil Guyana scheduled repairs from 14 October 2026 to a near-shore section of the 220-kilometre Gas-to-Energy pipeline, running to about 1 December. Guyana's gas task force head put repayment at US$55 million a year for twenty years. Exxon has never stated the final cost.

Guyana's Oil Fund Is Mandated to an Overnight Account at the New York Fed. Three Other Oil Funds Have Published What Theirs Returned.

The Natural Resource Fund Board approved continuing the existing investment mandate on 27 March 2026. The Bank of Guyana reports the fund earning overnight deposit interest at the federal funds rate. Norway, Timor-Leste and Trinidad and Tobago each publish what their oil funds returned.

Guyana's preliminary December 2026 loading schedule carries 33 million barrels of crude for export, about 1.06 million barrels a day, which would be the first time the country's exports pass a million. The first cargo of the new Uaru grade is set for 11 and 12 December.

New Fortress Energy's LNG carrier Amur River was cleared into San Juan Bay on 12 October after weeks offshore, amid a payment dispute with Puerto Rico's bankrupt power utility. On 5 October the company told the SEC its Fast LNG unit was offline. That filing does not mention Puerto Rico.
