This channel exists for matters that fall outside our Corrections Register, including disputes about characterization, framing, source selection, and use of named persons in La Caribeña News articles.
How we respond
We acknowledge every complaint within 72 hours of receipt. We respond substantively within fourteen days. Where a complaint is upheld, the article is corrected or annotated and the resolution is recorded in our public Corrections Register at lacaribenanews.com/corrections.
This channel is not an ombudsman. Final editorial authority rests with the Publisher. The channel exists to ensure complaints are received, considered, and resolved transparently.
What to send
Please include the article URL, the specific paragraph or claim you are concerned about, and a clear description of your concern. If you have new factual information that should be considered, include it.
For factual errors specifically (incorrect names, dates, figures, attributions), please use our corrections process directly at corrections@lacaribenanews.com.
How to submit a complaint
Email complaints@lacaribenanews.com.
A web-based complaint form will be added to this page in a future site update.
