Haiti Has Signed the Caribbean's Open-Skies Agreement. It Was Opened in Haiti Eight Years Ago.
Haiti has signed the CARICOM Multilateral Air Services Agreement, which lets Caribbean-owned airlines fly between member states without route or capacity limits, and inside them. It opened for signature at a 2018 summit in Port-au-Prince and has been in force since 2020.
