Power Curbers Urges Guyana to Build Concrete Roads and Chase Lower Roughness Scores
Power Curbers' Juan-Luis Fumado told La Caribena News that concrete roads outlast asphalt in Guyana's climate, but only if they are finished to hit a low International Roughness Index. On the US benchmark, good means under about 1.5 metres per kilometre.
