Guyana Says 11.6 Billion Barrels. The Operator Says Just Under 11 Billion.
Reports said Guyana's oil reserves had fallen below 11 billion barrels. The operator's estimate has not fallen, and has not moved since April 2022. Four parties publish a figure for the same block, and the Government of Guyana's is the highest of them.
