Panama Has Cut the Canal's Loading Limit Four Times in Nine Weeks
The Panama Canal Authority has cut the maximum loading depth four times since June, reaching 47.5 feet from 3 September with no end date attached. It calls the measures proactive and has not said its reservoirs are short.
