The Guyana Development Bank Act Is in Force. The Bank Opens on 5 October.
Finance Minister Dr Ashni Singh signed and gazetted the Commencement Order for the Guyana Development Bank on 16 September. The bank opens on 5 October with G$20 billion and zero-interest, collateral-free loans of up to G$3 million.
