Sagicor Group Jamaica holds two meetings on 28 October 2026, a court-ordered Scheme of Arrangement Meeting and an extraordinary general meeting. The Scheme would exchange each SGJ share for one in Sagicor Group Caribbean, delist Sagicor Jamaica and convert it to a private company.

Massy Earns Nearly as Much Profit in Guyana as in Trinidad, on Less Than Half the Revenue. The Gap Is Down to TT$13.8 Million.

Massy Holdings' statements for the nine months to 30 June 2026 put its Guyana profit before tax within TT$13.836 million of its Trinidad and Tobago profit, against TT$58.849 million a year earlier. Guyana earned it on 47.3 per cent of Trinidad's revenue.
