Chevron Holds 30 Per Cent of the Block That Produces All of Guyana's Oil. Its Latest Quarterly Report Names Guyana Twice and Stabroek Not Once.

Chevron's third quarter report is due by 9 November 2026 and had not been filed as at 26 October. Its last Form 10-Q, for the quarter ended 30 June, names Guyana twice in 171,000 characters and never names the Stabroek block.

Guyana's Oil Fund Is Mandated to an Overnight Account at the New York Fed. Three Other Oil Funds Have Published What Theirs Returned.

The Natural Resource Fund Board approved continuing the existing investment mandate on 27 March 2026. The Bank of Guyana reports the fund earning overnight deposit interest at the federal funds rate. Norway, Timor-Leste and Trinidad and Tobago each publish what their oil funds returned.

Guyana's Oil Fund Took In US$1.89 Billion in One Quarter. Twenty-Two Cargo Liftings Account for 94 Per Cent of It.

Government Notice No. 03/2026, gazetted 12 October, itemises every petroleum receipt paid into the Natural Resource Fund from 1 July to 30 September. Of 24 deposits, 22 are payments for individual cargoes lifted from four vessels.
