Jamaica signed a US$36 million CDB rural water loan on 16 September 2026. Guyana's US$76.2 million CDB water loan, approved in 2023 for five communities on untreated wells, opens its pipe bids on 6 October, while G$496.3 million has gone to a state bottling plant.
