4. Payment Terms
Pricing and payment terms are listed on our Pricing page. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Caribeña News and EICCIO Advisors are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profit, or data
- Non-publication of your press release
- Third-party actions (journalist editing, media outlet decisions)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of your content.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your press release content. La Caribeña News owns its website, platform, and services. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
